Waste water light / control panel (1 Viewer)

Hi, I am a new owner of a Chausson Flash 02 Motorhome (2010), the full waste light on the control panel won't go off and I can't turn the control panel off. I have drained the wastewater both front and back and the toilet cartridge is empty too. It was working fine, I've used the Motorhome a few times, the last time the water was probably more full than it has been previously. I have checked that the water is draining from both waste pipes when taps are turned on and they are, perfectly. Any ideas, greatly welcomed!

For three years I have had a small square of tape over my light as it’s easier to win the lottery than get the light turned off.

The sensors in the tanks get covered in "gunk" and send false readings to the control panel. "Most" motorhomes seem to suffer from this and there are a number of threads on here about it.
Easiest solution, ignore it.
Next easiest, clean the tanks \ sensors using either proprietary cleaners or cheaper alternative but it will probably return in a few weeks.
Longer-term solution, replace the sensors with a different brand \ model. Some of the threads you'll find have some info on these.

Probably the probes that trigger the level warnings need cleaning.if you can get to your tank that is.
Not sure if thats possible on a chausson without removing the tank.
