Received this this morning. Looks like (another) fraud attempt. Several mis-spellings and the ISP ain't amazon.co.uk. It was amongst several genuine messages from Amazon (been topping up the Kindle).

    Dear Customer,

    What is this all about?

Every six mounths Amazon makes integrity checks related to his customers accounts, how they use the account and if the account is still used by the customer. If the customer account is not used for a longer period of time (1 mounth) it will be disabled of by Amazon Team and then removed in the next two months of inactivity.

To validate that still use this Amazon account please click the generated link as follows:.

    One time use validation link:https://www.amazon.co.uk/ap/validate6encoding=UTF8&openid.assoc_handle=d41d8cd98cf8427e

The procedures to disable and then delete the account acording to the term of use specified in the Terms and Conditions will take place after the link expire.
    - The verification procedure requires a very short time from the customer.
    - The generated link above is only active for 24 hours.
If during this period the customer does not make verification account will be disabled until further notice.

Thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may create.
