Wareham site? (1 Viewer)

Anyone know the name of the site by the river in wareham?

We saw a small report in a magazine but it wasn't named.

We have to take a weeks holiday in March so any site ideals for Dorset open then would be welcome.

We will be taking our cycles and waterproofs.

We've stayed at wareham forest and it was OK

There is a CC site near to Wareham Forest called 'Hunters Moon', open all year. Very nice, stayed there loads.

Thanks toothless read a review and it said its next to a fenced residential site which is very noisy. Have you experienced this there?

There are four sites in Wareham on the river. 1 on the north of the river but rubbish access no facilities but great location. 3 on the south of the river limited facilities. South of the river is Redcliffe and Ridge and I cant remember the names of the other two but on Monday (when back at work) will get you names and phone numbers.

Well done Jim Priory Meadow is the one on the north of the river with tight access
