wanted a cheap silent genny (1 Viewer)

i want a 2kva genny and was wondering if any 1 is selling one before i buy a new kipor off ebay. before any 1 says why kipor and not honda i will only be using it once in a while so dont want to spend a fortune on a honda and have it stood doing nothing most of the time, cheers tommy

No such thing as a SILENT GENNY, they are all noisey and intrusive, mine is a Honda 100i and I hate using it around other vans in case I disturb anyone.:Blush::Blush::Blush:

If you are only going to use it very occasionally, start it now and again and put it under a bit of load. In my experience of kippors they need regular use, they can be a pain to start after a long lay off. The Honda on the other hand, will start after a pull or two no matter how long its been laid up. :Smile:

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
Its now on ebay too. under EU-20i
We've had lots of offers , lots of lookers from funsters but no takers as yet.
£800 now.
It a good price and an excellent piece of kit.

ive seen it and it is a good price but just a little pricey for me because it will be getting very little use,thats why i was thinking a kipor its more bearable have about £300 sat around than £800:Smile:

:Smile: Parked up on the A3 near Guildford for a couple of days noise of traffic was diabolical, had the Kipor 2600 running and did not hear a thing but a bit different in the quiet but use when you must, got mine from Martyns bargains on ebay, good bloke, nice price.
