Anyone know of any decent FREE maps for walking, Android would be good..
You don't need an app.
Put one leg in front of the other and repeat......
Just like this.
If you're looking for maps, Google is hard to beat at the price.
If you're looking to benefit from others experience detailing walks then I think iFootpath is worth the couple of quid.
You said map not app!
Must go to Specsavers!
We just set off shiftzz. We google the area before we go. Usually find a pub that allows stop overs if you book a meal for the evening.
We don't do loads of miles just usually a round route . Including a couple of stop offs at pubs on the way. Lunch at one and a drink at another if poss. It's a regular thing for us on a weekend. But not for miles and miles. 5/6 tops.
Maps.me. Open source offline maps. Useful anywhere in the world!
