Walking off that Christmas cheer ..... and exercising the van

Any recommendations for a day trip to take the van (with good parking for it) and walking or cycling to help exercise off that extra helping of Christmas pud?

Based in Bedford - happy to travel for 2 hours or so - E.g. into Norfolk, Suffolk, Cotswolds (at a push)

Dunstable Downs is close to you. Highest point in Bedfordshire. Should blow the Xmas cobwebs away! National Trust parking.

Also nearby is Whipsnade Tree Cathedral which is an interesting walk. Likely to be muddy though.
