Just purchased a vontronic solar controller to replace my old controller
As you can see the current one has both postitve and negative to the starter battery (battery 2) however the new unit only has postitve.
What do I do with the old neg wire?
Does it go into the same neg slot as the hab batteries(bat 1) or somewhere else?
Instructions not in english and the diagram does not show a neg wire from starter battery.
Thanks in advance

There was a thread about this a few days ago and it was suggested that the best option is to just leave it out and tape the end up, the starter battery will get it's -ve from the chassis and leaving the wire on the controller with the leisure battery negative will create an alternative starter battery chassis -ve in the event of the original one dropping off which is all unlikely BUT.
