Am thinking of buying one but unable to get decent response from votronic to two questions.

1 Does the trickle charge to starter batt run at same voltage as selected by the switches set for leisure battery?

2 On gel setting there is a boost and then float. Does that mean a new boost period every morning when sun comes up?
If voltage drops during the day will that start a new boost period?

Anything else to be aware of?
Thanks

I've just bought a MPP350 not fitted it yet.
1) It says it charges at a lower voltage and it is only a 1 amp trickle charge so should be fine.

3)It is a 3 stage charger, bulk, absortion, float & yes it does start again when the sun comes up, no different to any other solar reguator.

And as far as I know it is the only solar regulator that has the AES output facility to switch an S+ or modified D+ AES fridge to 12 volts when there is "spare sun" you might not want/need this but now you know(y)

Thanks all for your help and taking time to respond.

Bottom line is I should read the instructions first rather than last!
Have just placed order on amazon for mpp 250 and temp sensor.
Re aes am aware of facility and intend to connect
Thanks again
