First off the obligatory; I have no connection whatsoever with the above Co.
On Wednesday I took the Hobby to my local garage as I was getting wind noise through the drivers door at 60mph. One of the striker plate screws had been rounded and I couldn't adjust it.
My mate at the garage 'persuaded' the screw to release but I needed a replacement.
I rang the above who have the Fiat Professional agency. The stores chap identified the part which was at Roche 30 miles away. He organised for it to be sent up the line to him and told me that he would phone when it arrived.
Thursday morning I got the phone call. I had already been told the price. My address details were taken as was my CC details. I asked how much for the whole transaction and it was the same as the price. No charge for either sending it to Plymouth or postage!!!:thumb:
This morning it arrived, as promised. My Ghast has never been so flabbered.
