Vodafone wifi app. (1 Viewer)

Good afternoon out there.
I'm tearing my remaining hair out trying to get this app to connect.
It has downloaded ok but fails to connect. A screen comes up that insists I have changed the LAN domain name. I have tried 3 or 4 times to get some sense from Vodafones technical chat lines but these have proved next to useless, in fact useless.
The myvodafone app is ok, just the wifi monitor.
Has any one experience of this or knows what domain it might be asking for please ?
Using a Hauwei dongle.

The Vodafone app is a nightmare,... I just use the HUAWEI app..

Thanks for your reply, yes use the Huawei one anyway but frustrated the voda one won't work easily.
