Just looking at the T&Cs for roaming in the EU/Europe to check nothing has changed for us for the ones we're intending to visit and notice that Andorra was missing off the 'Europe' zone ...

As many people go into Andorra it means that whilst it is free to receive texts and calls, if you use your phone to make a call, send a text or use data you'll be charged £6 a day! o_O

If you DO go there make sure you turn OFF your internet and remember NOT to ring/text anyone otherwise the savings you make on buying stuff there will 'disappear'!

Andorra's situation internationally is unique. It isn't part of the European Union or the Schengen area, but it does have free movement agreements with neighbouring countries. (Would solve the 90-in-180 day constraints if the UK had the same!!!) As such, the Andorran telephone service provider was never subject to the EU roaming rules. Consequently Vodafone (and I expect other service providers) have aways charged extra for roaming there. I know only too well, having been previously caught out by this.
