Hi all. I'm not sure if this is the correct sub but I have a problem with the Ranger 440 reverse camera on my motorhome . The mirror monitor stopped working before Christmas and I contacted the supplier who replaced this due to a known software error. When I plugged this in the image from the camera was blurry so I contacted the supplier who said it was probably moisture and as the camera was out of warranty I'd have to buy a replacement. I reluctantly ordered a new camera £230 and took the old camera out and was able to have closer inspection. I thought there was moisture drops in the lens, but on closer inspection it looked as though something had melted as the lens cover was clouded. I removed the lens cover and it certainly doesn’t look right when compared to the new camera. I attach pictures showing the damage compared to the new camera. I can only assume that when the old monitor malfunctioned it somehow shorted the camera out. Has anyone else had this issue or seen this before? Thanks Chris
