Vision plus aerial?

I have the remnants of a Vision plus aerial on the roof, the top half was missing when we bought it, we have wifi installed so use a Firestick for TV, so the question is does the vision plus really work ok, or should i remove the remaining bottom half and seal the holes?

If you do not need an aerial remove it because they are at best useless.

You can get a blanking plate specifically for when removing
the antenna.
