We have a Lunar Roadstar 630 from 2003 and although its in great condition internally, some of the graphic stripes and logos etc have been exposed to sun on one side and faded. Does anyone know if these can be purchased or if there is a digital file that can be given to a vinyl cutter to replicate the originals ?

no and because lunar at that time bought their vans from a company in france no longer trading, you wont even find new old stock graphics. take a photo and measure the originals and get a new set made

im a not so newbie
Take your van to a good vinyl place that does company vans etc.

Let them take all the pictures and measurements.
Then let them remove old and attach the new.

It will cost a bit more but I'd say it's worth it for the reduced stress level :)

If you need them to produce new artwork to try and emulate the originals it will be a lot more expensive.

This sort of thing is part of what I do and one reason why I hate doing anything with vinyl. Printing and/or cutting vinyl from provided artwork costs next to nothing but producing proper artwork from scratch is time consuming and therefore expensive. There's a hell of a lot more to it than "taking a photo and measurements" and if it's not done properly it won't look right, you won't be happy with it and won't want to pay for it.

It's not just cutting from solid colour vinyl either with those sort of graphics. They're almost always printed.

I would suggest that if you replace any you replace it all because unless you can get specific hex codes for the colours of the originals (which you almost certainly won't be able to do) it will be next to impossible to match the colours properly.
