Glad your on list Vin , so sorry we have had to cancel @Madcaravanner , it's not every day moms have an 80th birthday, I just had never realised it was the same weekend, hoping it's not the onset of dementia for me L ol that's two things I had double booked this year.

Just looked AND checked the HTML when you click on a member it labels them with user and /user in square brackets with the member name in the middle but your line had the /user in twice ????? dunno how but I've corrected it

Just opened the attachment in my web browser [double click] - and printed from there - had to boost the image size to 200% to fill the page.
If you're having real trouble, I could print it off, scan it & email it to you as a more standard pdf file...

I just opened it as a picture & printed it off.

Sorry yes just print it as a picture but on plain paper and post it off don't forget your stamped self addressed envelope and cheque

Have to say that, for me it didn't save as a picture, nor could i print it off as such... but my Firefox web-browser was happy enough to display the form, and I printed it directly from there.

In my Windows 10 I just right click the attachment then select print then select full page with a border prefect size no fuss
