So little posts about this place but as we got off to a late start today thought we would stop here at the aire on route to El Rocio.

I'm so glad we did. What a lovely town and cheeseburger chips and a wine for 3.50 must give Benidorm a run for its money

Only downside is the few beggars and 4 visits from the fruit sellers.

Hi we stopped there last year,stayed at the aire, definitely a place worth a visit ,lovely town. Hope your having a good trip. see you in Scotland in June.

Agree it is a nice town,we went to it on the bike from Manta Rota. Ayamonte is worth crossing to on the ferry,nice town with a small zoo opposite the marina.

Yes looks like it but we are off exploring tomoro since it's Sunday. @bigtree we just came from Manta Rota and apart from the vans the place is empty..

Ayamonte is a nice town, but the zoo should not be allowed to be open - sandy, tiny pens etc.
