My wife and I visited Vienna a number of years ago and spent a few days exploring this magnificent city. Some of the highlights being the world famous Lipizzaner Stallions, the state opera house, their wonderful coffee houses and seeing the house where Mozart lived, to name a few. The city has a wonderful history and well worth a visit over a few days. Once again, we were delighted during our short visit. The only disappointment was finding that Mozart s house had been turned into a commercial enterprise and was now a museum which required payment to enter. We stayed at an ACSI campsite which was just off a motorway exit slipway on the edge of the city center, so extremely easy to get to and a short walk to the train into the city center.
