In the first picture you need the “Battery preset” to change it to lead acid, you presently have it on gel setting,…😎

Yes gel can do for lead acid and you can change the set points...I was never sure why std lead acid isn't listed in the drop down but hey ho. I'm not near my mppt at the moment so can't check if they have added lead acid as a drop down. Mine is set for lithium.

Or you could select user defined and add absorption and float settings recommended by the battery manufacturer. Sometimes listed on the battery.

Edit...just seen smiffys post so assume LA is on the list.

I’m not sure if it is either, I’ve got a 100/30 and gels… if it hasn’t then best user defined but I think it has a setting that is suitable, all depends how old the controller is…😎

In battery preset setting there is agma, gel, tubular plate etc. Will Google later

Easy enough
.dont worry just set the absorb and float etc to what your battery lists. It's not toooo critical . But will be more efficient as close as you can get it to those numbers.

Gel, agm they are lead acid batteries, they have lead plates and acid electrolyte. Those settings are for VICTRON GEL’s, and will work fine with lead acid flooded cells.

Having had a quick look at the manual it seems that there is not a setting for lead acid batteries 🤔
It says to pick the battery similar to the one you have and alter the charging levels accordingly… that seems daft to me…
You will have to look at your battery profile and do this, here is the manual for your info..😎

Thanks I was thinking why I couldn't see the info on lead acid.
