hope you tecey's can help.
I have purchased the above as a replacement for my Sargent solar controller.
I have not purchased the Bluetooth dongal the unit has come with very few instructions

Battery = battery
PV = Solar panel
Load = what is connected to this
there is also a small jumper with a four pin connection underneath, which pins do i jump. thanks for your assistance

The load can be connected to chassis battery. Full instructions can be downloaded in PDF format from the Victron website.

There should be an instruction book but otherwise you can download it from the Victron website. This will explain how to set it up which depends what sort of batteries you have.

The load terminals are not normally used and I wouldn't connect them to any battery as it could over charge it.

Doh.... must read all the manual, as pointed out by DBK the jumper settings and wiring diagram are at the back after all the foreign translations

Just be careful connecting the panel and battery. The terminals are the opposite way round - both the negatives are next to each other.
