I have one solar panel feeding a victron 75/15 I have two batteries. Do I wire the victron 75/15 to the batteries, one + to one+ of one battery and the - to the other battery.

Batteries wired in parallel.

Yes

Edit: don’t forget to connect the controller to the battery before the solar panel.
You’ll also need a fuse on the cable to the battery

What Robert Clark & Lenny HB said.

I would add that if your controller is a long way from the batteries, you may not need to run cables all the way to the batteries. You already have a set of wires connected to the positive & negative poles of the batteries, so you could feed the controller output to the other end of those wires. They will run from the batteries to some sort of distribution box or control system. Continental vans often use one of the EBL models; UK vans frequently have a Sargent unit fitted. if you can find the battery feed into those units, that is an equally good place to connect the solar output. In my van, the solar controller output is fed to the battery connection point on the back of my EBL99.
