Currently staying on the c&mc site at Southport next to Victoria park. Walked through the park today and lots of fences with ‘caravans only’ signs in it with a few vans scattered about. Anyone know what’s going on? Maybe a rally etc?

We are due on the CAMC site on Sunday and it’s a shame we won’t be able to access the park as normal. There was a rally there on our visit last year too - not having a lot of luck.

Think you should still be able to walk through the park. The fenced off areas are leaving the paths through clear from the site up to Morrisons

Using the park fir rallies is great. Last year we had leccy too. Much better value. Both the clubs do rallies on there. Enjoy, Southport is great.

Great venue been there a few times with CCC and should be there again this summer as they have several THS in the park throughout the year.
Kids love it. Last time I paid the parking fee over the road (£2.50 ?) Whole family could then use the bus up to town and back. very handy while I await my hip replacement.
