ViaT tag best location on windscreen

Hi
I have a fiat Ducato based 2002 Benimar and have just recieved my ViaT tag for Spain and Portugal
Does anyone know the best place to position it on the windscreen as I have an overhead cab that could shield it from being scanned at the tolls . Thanks

Had a Sanef tag when we had an Autotrail Tracker FB which had overcab bed and that worked fine put on the patch where the interior rear view mirror was, however have heard of folk who just put it on the dash board?

Yes if I remember correctly it needs to be on the dark checkered bit of the screen as that’s not treated with anything as some screens have special coatings that will block the signal.

We have ours in the checkered area of the screen behind the mirror. Never had a problem.
