Hi all, I am looking to add an inverter and these seem like very good value. 12m warranty.

Terrible video and obviously made in China but what isn’t these days… it will be used for the usual coffee machine and other smaller bits and bobs whilst off grid and not continuously.

Seems like a good price, happy to hear about other options

Just reading trust pilot reviews and I am thinking I will get a cheap inverter elsewhere! They are direct shipped from Chinese warehouses. Many safety concerns and little feedback on faulty goods. I will look on eBay and Amazon!

A cheap, but good alternative, it’s the Iconica inverter. Got one from photonic universe for a cabin. I went for the 3 in one model, that are almost exact copies of the legendary MPP pip. They even share the software. You can’t go wrong with that choice.

Not vendor, vevor, it’s a cheap brand Chinese names, first I came across it on a wind turbine. It’s a generic.

Interestingly Vevor sell these too. I just want a plain inverter, I have a good solar charger and will flip out the AGM to lithium once all the other bits are complete.

I will let you know next week when I get to install the Iconica. At the moment it’s boxed up. I did tested it, and it’s a split image of mpp brand. If you are not familiar with inverter chargers, and wish to go towards a inverter only, then maybe a sterling if budget does not allow a victron.

Our cheap 1000w PSW inverter is a Meind. Was £67 on ebay but they're more now, I fitted it solely for Ann's hair straighteners, they're only 40w or something but the start up current is horrendous.

Well, I got round to fit the Iconica, it’s split image of MPP Taiwanese made inverters. It uses same soft and well built for the price.
Anyone that may want a cheap but reliable all in one solar ehu inverter, these Iconica are same as MPP (pip) in off grid world. Well happy.
