I can't remember who maintains the Google map for vets in France that offer the pet passport service.

But just I case they read this, one of the vets has said he does not offer the treatment.

This is what he sent me.

Hello,

The health certificate completed after examination of the animal, before leaving for the United Kingdom, is less expensive than a traditional consultation. Therefore, treatment against echinococcosis is not available.
Regards,

Mr. CHEDHOMME

This is the vets details as per the map

Spent a few weeks touring Australia and New Zealand about 10 years ago...
Morning all, we are returning to the UK next Thursday so we're looking for a vet to get our two dogs sorted with the tapeworm treatment. Has anyone any recommendations for vets (I've looked at the Google map), what's a good price, any other advice. Last time I did this the regs were different. Hopefully it's now cheaper, but somehow I think it won't be! I know we now have a 5-1 day before travel window so will probably be looking for someone between Beauvais and Arras or thereabouts. Looking at the Google map, Amiens looks favourite.

Can’t help with Amiens.
I use the veterinary practice at La Mailleraye sur Seine. It is a 3min stroll from the Aire alongside the Seine.
They charge 15€ per dog if you provide your own Drontal tablet.
They let me crush the tablet and hide it in a salmon pate sandwich as Daisy insists on spitting it out if a vet tries to give it to her whole !
If you download the French app Pages Jaunes you can then search for vétérinaire.

Worth having your own Drontal then! We'll have to see what we have with us. €44.50 seems a lot but if it's the same in two places....

Most vets charge 30€.The vets in Belgium are around that price too.I would walk away if they charged over €40.
You can always pop in first without the dogs and ask the prices.

Both vets i went to said consultation 38 euro and then worming tablet was 6.50 euro hence 44.50 euro price - 1 was down by spain the other was up above bordeaux

Maybe i was overcharged but ferry to catch and do i really want to be driving all over the place to find a cheap vet now costing me time and fuel

I also had ferry booked to return on a wednesday and the tuesday was a bank hol (may) so vet not open sat in spain only left me 1 day which was the monday to sort dogs worming tablet

I made a mistake when i booked return didn't think about bank hol and places shut
