Hi all,

I know I have read in here a couple of times that other members have used the vets at Rue and recommend them.

We have to return earlier than expected, does anybody please have their address or co-ordinates?

Thanks :)

Best to ring and make an appointment but we have turned up and waited. They are pretty cheap too....as vets go

You can turn up at the vet at 1.30 without an appointment. Get there ten minutes early or you might have lots of people ahead of you!
We pay about 27eu for a 5kg dog

Just wanted to say thanks again for your help.

It was our first return home with Misty and it was a bit earlier than planned too.

For anyone else going for the first time, Rue is ideal. Large car park, you can turn up Monday to Friday without an appointment between 13.30 and 15.30 on a first come, first served basis. It was €27.40 for Misty who is 5 kilos.

Also the vet was lovely and gave her a through check over.

It's only an hour and a half from Calais too.

We paid €35.80 a couple of weeks ago at the Rue Vet for a 25kg Border Collie – paid much less earlier this year at another Vet.
Appointments in the morning session.
Walk in and wait in afternoon session – gets busy and it may be a long wait.
Tablet put down dogs throat but not wrapped in 'titbit' as is usual at other Vets.
Park on opposite side of road if you have a big outfit – not easy to manoeuvre in Vets car park.
