Hi everyone, motor homing beginner here. We have an autotrail chieftain for which I recently bought a tall hexaway as I thought it would be easier to assemble than the safari/residence room we have. We are at the lower end of the height variation scale so have a large amount of flapping fabric when connected which fills with water when it rains, we have also had a problem with the connector kit in that it slides along the channel in our wind out awning connection. Wondering whether anyone else has this awning and whether they have also had these problems and if they have come up with any solutions. Thanks.
