I had to phone them today for advice, as my non starter was not responding. They explained what to check for and were most patient to my queries.
The outcome was the GSM card had been put into sleep mode, due to non use for six months. Luckily it was able to be rescued along with my credit.
I've learned my lesson, get the unit to send a text at least every six months if not more frequently.
