Earlier this year I revamped the stock 12v electrics on our Auto-Trail Comanche.
One of the jobs was the installation of a a Victron Orion TRSmart 12-12 30 B2B. The B2B and all 12v electrics, including feeds from the leisure batteries went to positive & negative heavy duty busbars. All is well and it works a treat as do all the electrics.
I want to fit a Vanbitz Battery Master into the system. So my question is, can I simply connect the Battery Master to the + & - busbars that the Victron Orion is also connected to?
Many thanks.

the battery master needs to be connected to the bus bar for the leisure battery +, the Busbar or connection for the cab battery +, and a common - neg,

if there is a common + busbar then it wont work properly.

Many thanks Phill... I'll look again! (y)

Put it to the cab feed at the b2b in point.

PS ; it has 3 wires, hab + Cab+ and common Neg

If you have a Sargent PSU you should normally find the 3 x connection points you can use for battery master fitting on the rear of the unit , that is starter battery , leisure battery positive supplies and negative. (unless your modifications have altered any of this)

Thanks for that. The Sargent unit still looks after all of the 12v, with the exception of the solar and the battery charger, both replaced by Victron equipment.
