2007 Citroen Relay,
The dashboard heater control will only blast out warm air on the max No 4 setting, on 1,2 & 3 nothing - would this be an 'easy" DIY job to rectify ?
- If so, any tips would be much appreciated.

It a common fault, the var speed control fails leaving you with just flat out. It’s not reparable just change unit if you look up under the dash you can see it or you may have to drop the centre pocket. Recommend you disconnect the battery, the negative is the easiest to get at.

Is it an x244 or X250?
On the x244 it's a faily major job you have to take most of the dash out to change the resistor pack.

Amazon product ASIN B0814QZR81
Have a look at this,it is under the passenger dash at the footwell and is an easy fix,if its the problem
.Unplug it and check if the plug has melted if so ,its propably the ploblem. The result is it will only work on setting mumber 4. There are some videos on youtube, i fixed mine 2 years ago.mine is the x250,dont know about other models.
Hope this helps. Vikdikdok .
Cheers Cris.

my work van(x250 relay) lost the 3 lower speeds thought it was resistor pack but passenger must have kick the plug as wiggling plug and wires made it all work properly again

Techno did an excellent thread about this problem:

I followed his advice and checked the fuses and replaced the resistor pack but to no avail. Next step is to replace the control dial on the dashboard.

No idea Kenny 🤔 only that it's a Citroen Relay

If you find the resistor pack or fuse check doesn't resolve your problems you may need to replace the heater switch. My next job
