I have just bought an un-regulated 21mm Quick-on adapter and tail that lets me use Calor Butane in my van. It connects into the bulkhead regulator so to go back to Propane it needs a bit of pipe work but it seems to work well.

It was a bit of a tight squeeze getting the bottle in (I had to move it to the left side of the locker as the lock fouled on the cylinder on the right!) but at least I don't have the worry of getting stuck without gas.

If you use a regulated connector, this doesn't give the bulkhead regulator enough pressure to work. Bought from gasproducts.co.uk Part number HA328

I had the same when I got my first van. Worked fine. The oven worked a bit better too. But I switched when I started getting issues lighting it, which just so happened to be when it was getting colder, so I thought the Butane was to blame. Turned out to be a clogged regulator.

Brian + Dawn thanks for the photo, made me check that i could get a 15kg blue in my locker.
Ive been using up 7kg blues i had , with possibly 2 15 kg to use i got out the nearest and it was full. So does it fit

Yes but only on lhs with an empty cupboard
Then refit the 11kg gaslow and fill point
Only issue was i had to remove the filter i use for the gaslow, but will refit when butane used up and more space.
Not a combination i would routinely replace the butane in, a tad too much agro. Changing to propane is simple due using pol to W20 (butane m21) converter, and keep the pol pigtails. ( from hamiltons)
