Uprating van gross weight?

    Following the reponses to swapping Utraseal for my spare, is it possible to have the weight uprated? :Smile:

    Hi Ken, we had ours done by Alco that Lunar paid for because with very little in the van when Alco weighed it there was only 100kg to spare and being that its a 6 berth thats not much , its made a lot of differance to the handling of the van too. Hope this helps .

    Hi, thanks for the help. We only have 120kg left due to the extras we got, mainly the spare wheel and the towbar. We have decided to have the towbar and microwave taken off as we will never use them. Have to talk to the dealer in Feb when we are in the area hopefully get a service and habitation check in exchange. This should give us possibly another 100kg which will do us. ::bigsmile:
