Updating Camperstop files on Nozatech (1 Viewer)

I have the camperstop app or camping car app on my Nozatech but can't remember which or how I done it.
Someone must have talked me through it. As its 2 yrs old I would like to update it. (I have managed to update the truck files) I have just bought the camper stop app so it should be recent..I hope

Can someone give me a dummies walkthrough please. Also I have marked some wilding spots on google maps. How do I add these spots to the Nozatech?Many Thanks
