Up-rating and MOT requirements

Our 3500kg PVC was MOT'ed in February. We have now up-rated it to 4500kg

Does it need a new MOT ?

No, it's the same MOT regardless of weight.
DVLA will have transfered your existing MOT.
Even an 11000kg American motorhome is class IV, same as a car for MOT purposes.
