Maybe I'm being a bit thick here, but if you have your MH up-plated from 3500 Kgs to 3850 kgs and the Revenue Weight is changed accordingly on your new V5c, surely the Max Permissable Mass has to change as well? The rear suspension has had air-assist added to make it compatible with the new revenue weight.

Is this a DVLA cock up or am I missing something simple?

Mass in Service is 3105 kgs, so the original payload of 395 kgs is apparently unchanged on the new V5c. I wouldn't mind so much but I need accurate documentation for a foreign trip soon.

Anyone else had to deal with this? Will a phone call sort it or is it more paperwork? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by max permissible mass?

As per my new V5c:

[Y] Revenue weight 3850 KG GROSS

F.1 Max permissable mass (exc. m/c) 3500
G Mass in service 3105

DVLA always make that cock up you have to send it back to them with a letter of words one syllable explaining what they need to change . Then wait 2 to 3 months for them to return it. We uprated our last van just over a year ago it took DVLA over 4 months to get it right
