Hello everybody,
George in Sussex....does any one know if I can buy a diagnostic gizmo that will do all or most vehicles for my motorhome and cars? Motorhome fixers are not the best for repairs....they like money a little too much in my opinion! Gmcn

Happy FLT since 2011
It seems the only ones that really work are with the factory supplied software.
Every other aftermarket ones seems to be a compromise or even a lottery in isolate any faults.
Snap-on do a good one but its thousands of pounds ---

I'ma newbie
We have one of THESE for our fleet of minibuses/coaches. It also does TPMS relearning.
I used it yesterday on a 67 plate sprinter and it search for faults on 15 seperate ECU's which seemed very thorough. We also force regenerated a DPF on a MK8 Transit last week.

Since 1995 + 20Yrs a 'Tugger' first.
A diagnostic tool covering a range of makes will cost serious money. If you restrict it to one make it can be more affordable. I purchased Multiecuscan software and the adaptors for a Ducato for around £75. This allowed me to lower the TPMS figures so that I could run the fronts at 65psi without the warning signs coming up on the dash.
