Unibrake System

My daughter has recently purchased a s/hand car which has a Uni brake system fitted. She also has the A frame and all fittings. Is this something that can be removed and sold or should we just leave in place? Thank you in advance.

The car value will be increased by having the bar fitted, but if she has no intention to sell, then it is likely worth a few quid second hand
