Unexpected surprise from CCC

Received letter from CCC this morning to say that my membership that was due Nov has been extended by 3 months to make up for the 3 months their sites were closed.
Well well who would have thought.

Edit... wonder if CC (oops sorry CAMC) Will do same.

They did the samre with mine extended my July renewal to September.

IIRC they did announce they would be doing that.

CAMC have not offered similar. In fact, they sent letters out a few months back pretty much asking that I continue my membership and don't leave them.

They told me that they were not extending memberships but offering deals (3 for 2 etc ) instead ..so I cancelled.

I saved more than the years membership fee by taking advantage of the 20% extra they gave on vouchers purchased during lockdown.

I got the same . It basically said “ keep paying please otherwise we will go under “ .
I do understand the situation . Just a badly worded email .
