We have a 80lt tank under rear dinnet seat used for engine, could i connect my gas hob and 3way fridge to the pipe work??.

Definitely not. The tank take off positions are different for engines than they are for domestic use.

No, for engine it is a liquid take off for hab appliances it's a vapour take off.

Don't know if it's possible to change the tank for one with liquid & vapour take off, Basildog would know.

You need a professional answer which I cannot provide. However I do know our habitation lpg is used in gas form, hence the reason the bottles are stored upright and not completely filled. Lpg for vehicles such as fork lift trucks, have the bottle mounted sideways and use the liquid lpg. I do not think you can tap directly into a vehicle lpg tank.

The liquid LPG is vapourised prior to entering the engine so it is technically possible. However, I don't know of any kits to allow you to tap into the vapouriser gas to safely feed the hab area. You'd need lots of additional devices to warm the vapouriser, regulate the pressure, cut out safely in a collison etc.. etc.. Probably cheaper and safer to get a separate underslung tank for the hab side.

The simple answer is YES you could BUT BUT BUT - you would lose your motorhome, your life and potentially other peoples lives aswell !!

i actually think you asked a good question, and you asked about connecting them to your existing pipework, I'm sure youre not the first person to think it might be possible and you have shown its always sensible to ask questions before actually trying it to see if it works !!

Just to confirm DO NOT TRY THIS AT (MOTOR) HOME ....

The answer is a definite NO
We regularly get phone calls from people who have bought a cheap LPG tank full of gas on eBay.
“What parts do I need to fit it to my Motorhome? “
Send us a picture of the tank please .
It’s always a liquid take off tank ⚠️
