Has anybody had experience of this eco badge requirement when touring in Germany?

Hi Peter I have one, but have never needed to use it. Just went on to the Cologne website and ordered it, cost €5 I believe, you get different colours depending on the emissions of your vehicle. It last's the life of your vehicle.
