Has any one been to the above , Or to similar on the Island ?????

Been past it if that is of any use.

Lots of wild camping so unless you need the facilities you don't have to be on a site.

Both Lewis and Harris are lovely. My daughter lived on the outskirts of Stornoway for two years. Kayakers paradise.

Have a look at our OuterHebrides album .
There are a few beaches we camped on and near in that , and the 3 campsites we visited on the trip up there too.
Wonderful place. Can't wait to go again.

Just wondered about the road for a 7 metre mh and width of course !

We had no problems getting around in the Motorhome. Although lots of the roads were single track , there were loads of passing places.
With practice, you could time it right with the oncoming traffic , so that you didn't gave to even stop !

It is your right. Huisinis is also on page 5 and 6 of the album too. The other good ( proper not wild) beach campsite we stopped on was called Miavaigh beach campsite page 5 of album. No hook up , shower block £1 for 10 mins! , nothing there except beach ,sea ,sand and grass. £10 a night. Lovely.
We were blessed with fantastic weather and no midges the whole time we were there too.
