Another Tyrepal question

It's taken a while (and plenty of air) to register each valve sensor to the monitor (fortunately I had a mini compressor so ensured tyres had plenty of air in) - according to WSL/Tyrepal, this is normal for some straight out of the box.
However, what I have noticed is that the Tyrepal sensor valves are giving a totally different reading to the air gauge on the inflation valve attached to the compressor.

For instance, the compressor tyre gauge is showing 4.2bar but Tyrepal monitor for that sensor is showing 3.24bar.
On the rear it's the same, 5.0bar but sensor showing much less.

Do you have to take the vehicle out for a run for them to settle in and then does the monitor give a more accurate reading? Or is it supposed to be accurate straight out of the box?
Or, is the compressor gauge incorrect?

According to tyre pals instructions, each valve sensor is meant to be accurate to .1bar.

Just wondering where I'm going wrong?
