If I was a betting man I'd wager you won't have the bottle though I'd be happy to be proved wrong

The place for reporting incidents alleged of this nature on this 'fun' forum is not by outing in open posts like this.
Racist comments, even though this site is private, are still a criminal offence and Jim's liability as the owner is such he cannot be seen by omission, (because there are so many lists he cannot read them all),to be allowing it.
The only people who can support Jim to prevent this is ourselves via the report button, much discussed in the last week in another post.
There is a very fine line between what some would regard as banter, and others regard as racist comments.
Though we may not have many black and Asian male members, we have a number of partners of many racial origins, who must cringe at some posts as I do. This does not mean the posts are actually racist.
I am disturbed at this naming and shaming in public for many reasons, not least the implications for the 'victim' and Jim if it is found not to be a racist comment.
If you think there is racism on here, please use the report button.

1. Racists are not victims
2. I do not require " Jim " to be the arbiter of who is or isn't racist or what is or isn't racist , I'm well capable of deciding that for myself
3. Exposing people who have not got the merest courage of their own convictions is not bullying
Incisive and well thought out response , thanks for your valuable input to this important topicHey ho.

Being a biker and a motorhomer reading another popular thread on a bike forum, the question was how come there are not many black or asian bikers? I have a mate who is half jamican and loves his bmw, I have yet to see a non white motorhomer on our travels.
I thought it was good as well.Incisive and well thought out response , thanks for your valuable input to this important topic
Don't think I've ever come across racism on Fun, have I missed something

I deleted my reply I was going to send last night as I didn't want to start some sort of war of words but your self-justification demands a response.1. Racists are not victims

In my view the use by the Americans of terms such a African American is a means of inclusion rather than division. Over there people of all races seem to be happy and proud to be identified as being from a particular race but also as an American.Surely just African decent? African American is a PC term invented by white PC liberals.
It reminds me of the story of Nelson Mandela being interviewed by a female American journalist who asked him his opinion on something or other as an African American. His response: "My dear, I'm not an American" It completely confused the journalist. She understand his point at all.

Can't we all just agree that it doesn't matter where we (or our ancestors) came from or what we camp in? The important thing is character.

It still doesn't matter what people camp in, Brian. Obviously non-Burstner owners look up to us even though they may deny itNO. Only Burstners count.

Well, you were right in an earlier post in that this simply doesn't matter - it is about who you are, not why you are.It still doesn't matter what people camp in, Brian. Obviously non-Burstner owners look up to us even though they may deny it
