A brilliant couple of nights in the bar the music and sing a long was fantastic on the first night and the quiz was manicly amazing last night. And we won, The Floras won . Thanks to all involved.
Ladies fishing competition today. I've never fished in my life but looking forward to having a laugh, hope I don't hurt the fish.

Hi @JaG was going to pop in for a day or so but looking at the wx forecast and the heavy rain driving down yesterday ,decided to run to the sun hope all having fun .

I felt guilty passing so close by and not stopping. In fact I drove for 12hrs 27 mins and made it to Alicante airport in one hit as Simon @dabhand suggested it was achievable.
Picked Jackie up and only missed 1whole day of our holiday.

Bit reckless IMO Griff especially when you were travelling solo. Doubt a lorry driver would be able to drive for that length of time. You must have been cream crackered.

I can see why you would think that Ken but I was gauging myself the whole time and pulled over at the very first stop available after feeling I'd done enough.

Just like to say dankuwel to Dirk & Belinda for providing the mega music quiz last night - you Belgians certainly know your music. Commiserations to Rons team the 'Tossers' from our team 'Hoof Hearted' who romped into a commanding lead in the final round. Excellent night and thanks Ron & Belinda and finally to Garry for the excellent roast pork, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing combined with French bread.

Anyone here at Twin Lakes interested in a red and white Moroccan mat? We bought it last year at Malvern to use in the conservatory at home and then decided to tile the floor instead! We will be arriving Thursday so could bring it with us. It hasn't been used outside so is in good condition.

Size is 150cm x 250cm (or 59" x 98" in old money!)
