Hi All
On a campsite first time without EHU and there is no power going to the TV.
Normally a red light illuminates on the plug but nothing.

Please help urgently or I’m looking at two nights of scrabble! I bloody hate scrabble

thanks😀

Sounds like your TV is plugged into a 240v point, which obviously won't work.

You need to look for a 12v point now thats assuming that your TV can run on 12v?

Hi yes chargers and lights working fine. Checked fuse in plug and seems ok.
Thanks

Are you trying to power your TV via 12v cigarette plug, or a mains 240v plug?

Mains won’t work.

I’ve just checked the plug in another socket and it illuminates unfortunately it wont reach tv!!🤔

Yes sound bar and TV thanks

TV not working. You have just been born lucky. Couldn’t tell you if ours works as we haven’t switched it on for over 3 years.
We don’t watch much telly at home. Definitely not going to watch whilst away.

No it seems like the tv socket is the issue. Could it be a fuse?
If its like my Pilote the 12volt socket in the kitchen is live all the time but the 12 volt socket next to TV has an on/off switch which will either be above the habitation door or close by .
Also make sure your aux is switched

Yes ours is a Pilote and switch above door is on in the up position ( it’s a French thing)!😂

The Aux also has to switched on via the Xperience tablet if yours is one of the newer models and if a 2018 or older the aux control will be on the main control panel

It’s an older model 2017 and the AUX is on.

thanks

Changed the fuse but made no difference no power going to the socket!
Not sure what to check next! Electrics not really my thing!

if you had a multimeter you could check if there is a live at the back of the 12v socket

Hi Neil
I do have one but I checked the socket with my Sat Nav and there’s no power.
