Morning all,
I am sure this subject has been covered elsewhere but I cannot see it anywhere.
I have just fitted a new audio system in my van and this includes digital TV, and my question is how do I stand legally with TV licencing ?
Obviously I have a TV Licence at home.
Thanks in advance.

Your home TV Licence will usually cover you to watch live TV on any device away from home.

Not always. My home TV licence doesn't cover me to watch my TV when I lived away on a military establishment. (n)(n) I still had to have two. MPs of course can claim thier second licence fee back. I can't:mad::mad::mad:

Probably because it would have been classified as a second residence (not saying I agree with it but ..............).

After a very long and tiersome explanation from TV Licencing, it was because someone can watch TV at home at the same time. (n) When I said so can the MP's he says they pay for two, can I claim my 2nd licence back like they do...No because it is part of their deal!!:mad:FLTers

That's daft logic from them.....what makes them think there isn't someone watching at home when your away in your MH.....
This was the crux of my argument, but when she repeated the message over and over again, I rolled over and gave up, promised to buy one, and gave it as much thought afterwards as She had my request.;);)(n)(n)
