We have an Avtex tv aerial which, a lot of the time, we just lean up against the window and get a reasonable signal for the channels we want. However, we were at a meet this weekend and couldn't get any signal at all due to being surrounded by trees, even though the people either side if us had a reasonable signal, but the had fixed roof aerials.

Does anyone know anywhere in the North West where we can get an aerial and, possibly, a signal booster fitted for a reasonable price. I don't really have a clue what the cost would be but, naively, can't imagine it being extortionate. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I use a Necvox ANT-536 Digital TV Magnetic Mount Roof Antenna.

Small, compact, cheap-ish, easy to fix (magnetic base) Many fit & remove, some leave it on permanently
