Tugging.

    sad news unfortunately. I will be leaving this group next month as I have sold old Bella and going back to tugging. Is there a sister site I can join similar to this site, Caravanfun maybes?

    dont worry about it . i always tug my trailer.
    the rest are only jealous or they have a fiver or mini artic as well.
    many would like one but are afraid of driving them. hee hee .
    only had mine 15 yrs now dont think i would sell it.

    You don't need to move, Mick.
    We have tuggers who regularly attend meets, really etc.
    Using a MH isn't a requirement here, it's just a choice.

    First of all,there are times when i wish we had both,i go to places where a c/van would be more suitable,and have nothing but great memories when we had one. Trust me,have a look at the posts on Caravantalk,lots of first class info,but,guess you will be loath to leave here.....again,Trust me.

    Surely you don't need to leave Fun :( why would you want to ? Maybe join tugger furum sites but no need to leave Fun

    No different than using a toad. Just the means Horse before the Cart instead of Cart before the Horse.

    Thanks for the comments. You've twisted me arm so think I'll stay with the group, who can lend me a tenner Obanvanman, I was in the Army, and like you Naval lads, that's where we all learned to tug......err....admin.....delete if too rude

    I was a tugger, got worried it might fall off, I always remember the salesman saying never lubricate your ball, my first concern was could I tug it because mine was not very big...the tow vehicle I mean!!;)

    Just noticed where you live. Did you live there when we actually had a Navy and Tugging was an accepted past time.
    Accepted by Matelots of course, not the locals.:p

    We are going back to Caravan selling Motorhome.
    But will remain on here as its adictive.
    Motorhome or caravan this site remains the best on the web.

    We to have gone back to a caravan, think this will suit us more. Not leaving fun unless evicted, haha.
