Trumatic C series 2 - gas/electric (1 Viewer)

I have the Trumatic Series 2 (I think!) hot water heater and blown air heating unit. (in a 2002 Burstner)

Works fine, but is only on gas. Yup, definately, I've looked, and theres definately no other option. Works on gas, only. No extra wires, except probably for the ignition.

As I'm mostly on hookup, the question is....

Does anyone have any idea if it can be retro-fitted with an electric element???

I do know that mine (6002) can be fitted with an optional electric collar that can speed stuff up.. But the electric elements are buried right down the centreof the boiler.. Cant iimagine they can be retrofitted..

You can retro fit an electric collar to it but it will only heat the water not the blown air side of things.
