Came across this whilst looking on the internet,this is what truma have been working on for so many years the latest answer to generating your own electricity:thumb:
But the price will make you :cry::cry::cry: approx £6500+:Eeek:
The weight is also big at 40kg+
Think I will stick to my B-B charger and Honda generator :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Hi Red Dragon,

We looked at this product about a year ago.
A 250Watt fuel cell from propane is very attractive to some but we find most won't even entertain that kind of weight which seems to make it uncompetitive.

There is another 250Watt propane fuel cell we are sizing up at the moment but we are waiting on its CE Marking as it is an American product. The weight is much lighter... about 10kg but ticket price will probably sit at about £13k.

Do you necessarily need 250 watts or would something in the region of 100 watts suffice?
Have you looked into the EFOY Range? I've attached a datasheet for your reference.
