Again got one of these in a new to me MH.

its old probably 1999 and is marked 10 litre.

theres a thermostat dial and a switch on the side of the cupboard which i assume is for gas use, next to it is a fused switch which I assume if for mains use?

Can it be used on gas with no MHU ?

can it be used on 12V

I'm pretty sure it has worked on mains but I am not sure of the procedure for staring for any of the above, it wont go at the moment but thats probaly because I drained the FWT last week as I need to replace the filler neck..

Thanks in advance

Stupid question, but how do you know if there is water in the heater, and how do you,put water in?

More than toes wet now!

Water heater normally draws water from the fresh water tank. Turn a hot water tap on to pull the water through into the water heater.
